1.AUTO-KUBUS in Gdynia rents personal and delivery cars to persons whom grant conditions :-finished 25 year old - identity card with adresss (passport if person does not live in the area ) - drivers license (cat.B).

2.Within 24 hours of the limit rate charge, hirer of the personel car can cross 300 km, however, in case of delivery vehicle - 500.km. In case of crossing limit indicated, Hireris obligated to pay additional charge of 0,15 zł for each kilometer in case of renting personal car.

3.Hirer is oblige to pay in advance for period of enduring of agreement. In case of returning vehicle before deadline included in the agreement, the return of money for unused time will not be possible.

4.Vehicle canot cross borders of Poland without writen permision of AUTO-CUBUS and if granted in case of any failure of car hirer is responsible for delivering it to borders of RP Poland (Kołbaskowo) on its own cost.

5.Hired vehicle can not be sublet by persons not entered in agreement with AUTO-CUBUS futhermore vehicle will not participate in car contest, races and for driving lesons.

6.In case of damageing the car in way its independent move is impossible ( car crash, mechanical damage) or vehicle was stolen, hirer is obliged for immediate phone contact with AUTO-CUBUS and also he is oblige to obtain written statment from participants and witneses of the accident.

7.Hirer answers for losses or dameges witch emerge from his blame or neglects.

8.Hirer takes full responsibility and covers of all cost to result of driving under influence of alcohol and other stupefying means as well as conducting of vehicle not obeying regulation of the road code.

9. Outreaching deadline of the agreement and not reporting to reprezentative of AUTO-CUBUS about intention of streatching the period of hiring authorizes firm to notify the police about steal of vechicle and raising the rate of renting up to 150% for each aditional day of wilful use of rented object.

10. The Car shoul on period of night in safeguarded place.

11. AUTO-CUBUS will rent for exploitation car which is technically proficient, clean ( inside and out ) and insured in OC/NW.

12. During period of hire, hirer is obliged for observance of basic principle of exploitation of vehicle i.e. control state of oil level in engine, state of air in tires etc. In case of affirmation of lacks, which can cause damaging of hired object, Hirer is oblige to implement noticed lacks.

13. Lessee returns car in deadline established from the top, without damages,clean and it answers too materially scanting parts and incurs cost of washing of car ( 30,00 zloty ).

14. In case when vehicle will be returned without documents ( proof fixit, policy ) OC or key, AUTO-KUBUS will weight lessee with following cost: a)For falling short of of document - 800 zloty, b)For falling short of of key - 300 złoty.

15. AUTO-KUBUS takestakes into consideration for possible settlements of accounts from title slight and indispensable car repair, after previous consultation, personal accounts only or invoices set out by workshops and car services.

16. Regarding unsettled in hereby Instruction book Regulations of civil codes have employment.
